The 20/20 Awards ceremony annually revisit the Academy Awards with the advantage of 20 years of hindsight - Seattle, WA

THE CEREMONY

The 20/20 Awards ceremony will be a live, fully produced event. It will be an annual event, held a week after every Academy Award ceremony on the following Monday.
For each category, a 20/20 voting member will give a brief presentation on what originally won in this categor in the given Year of Re-Examination, and will reveal who/what has won the 20/20 Awards in the same category, giving perspective on the intervening 20 years.
20/20 Award trophies will be designed, created, and inscribed for each winner. The nickname of the award is a "Felix".
Nominees in each category will be formally notified of their nomination a month before the event, and will be invited to attend the event and accept the award if they win.
Unclaimed awards will be shown on displaly in perpetuity at a location TBA. Winners may at any time come to pick up their award, regardless of their attendance of the ceremony.
